Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of building complex, scalable, and resilient systems from the ground up.
  • Deep, systems-level expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., Go, Rust, Python, a Lisp), and polyglot abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills; the ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems with creativity and precision.
  • A profound understanding of distributed systems, networking, and concurrent programming.
  • A passion for the future of AI and a drive to build the foundational infrastructure that will power it.

As one of our first AI Engineers, you will be instrumental in developing the core logic and collaborative capabilities of the Agent Lobbi ecosystem. You will work on cutting-edge problems in multi-agent systems, from advanced routing algorithms to emergent collaborative behaviors.

Requirements:

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production-grade software.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
  • A keen interest in multi-agent systems, and the theoretical and practical challenges they present.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
